Since 2007 we have been doing business with Hurtubise Tire. We had suffered through a lot of headaches with other tire companies. When Rick and I first met, I knew this is who we needed to work with to solve our tire supply and tire service issues.
It was a relief to talk with someone with the same thought on how business should be done. They handle all of our mounting, balancing, wheel reconditioning and helped us implement a TPMS in our fleet.
They always handle our service and breakdowns as soon as possible which cuts down our downtime. From pickup truck to truck to Off Road they do all of it. It has been a pleasure to do business with them all these years and look forward to many more.
You know, no matter what, in this business you run into issues, but how its handled is key. Any issues have been easy to resolve, or have taught us what we need to do on our end to do it better.
